All products are covered under our Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. We strive to construct the most robust and durable products using high quality materials throughout our manufacturing process. However should the unfortunate circumstance of a faulty item occur, please contact us at info@thebrollys.com immediately upon recognising any fault, with photographs of the defects. We will endeavour to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

The Lifetime Warranty references the lifetime of the product and is valid up to 365 days from the date of purchase. Please note general wear and tear, loss or third-party damage are not covered under the Lifetime Warranty.
