Refund policy


You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method if you return to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@thebrollys.com with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason why you want to return.

All returns are at the cost of the customer and we advise that you obtain proof of postage, as we reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange for any returns that fail to arrive with us and where no proof of postage is available.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.

- Returned items must have no visible signs of use.


Additional Information:

- Your refund will take up to 7 days.

- If any items are returned with signs of wear or are damaged, we cannot initiate a refund.

- If a returned item is lost, we shall need proof of postage to look into this further.
